AnnounceWedding is a semi-customised web site and its use is subject to the Terms and Conditions listed below. AnnounceWedding may change these terms and conditions from time to time.

If you, the User/s agree(s) to these Terms, please click on the "Proceed" button. This will constitute a legal agreement between you, the User/s, and AnnounceWedding. If you do not agree to these Terms click the "cancel" button. Any violation of these Terms and Conditions may result in termination of our service to you.

Payment

We must receive full payment of the price for the goods ordered before processing your order, as set out on our web site announcewebsites.com. Once we have received confirmation of your payment you will receive our Welcome Pack.

Definition of Goods

In these Terms and Conditions ‘Goods’ means a ‘template web site’, supplied electronically. The ‘template web site’ will be made available to you and up-dated by us, based on the information forwarded by you, the User/s. The web site will be on-line for a period of 12 months from the date we confirm acceptance of your order.

Conduct

The User/s

agree(s) to use the ‘template web site’ for its intended legitimate purpose only and not up-load, create, transmit, link or otherwise distribute any information that would constitute a criminal offence or give rise to civil liability such as any material of vulgar, threatening, abusive, libellous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, destructive, malicious or otherwise unlawful content.

AnnounceWedding

reserves the right
> not to process any material submitted by the User/s it deems to be in violation of the agreed terms and conditions;
> not to process any material sent from an anonymous or false addresses;
> not be liable for the content of any submission by the User/s;
> not be responsible for the safekeeping of the User/s username/password;
> to terminate the contract with The User/s if any of these terms are infringed. Any
> unauthorised use will be prosecuted. The User/s will not be entitled to a refund.

Note: Your photographs provided by any official photographer will need specific permission to be up-loaded. AnnounceWedding will under no circumstances be held responsible for any breaches of copyright.

Cancellation

The User/s

may cancel your contract with AnnounceWedding by notifying us in writing at any time up to the end of the seventh working day from the date you receive the ‘template web site’. Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, access to the ‘template web site’ will be blocked. Any sums received by us will be re-credited to you directly as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your written notice.

AnnounceWedding

reserves the right to cancel the contract between us if

> due to technical difficulties we are unable to provide you with access to your template web site; any sums received by us will be re-credited to you directly as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your written notice

> the User/s is/are in breach of the terms of Conduct (see above)

Intellectual Property

The template web site is the intellectual property of AnnounceWedding. The User/s acknowledge/s and agree/s that the ‘template web site’ is the copy right of AnnounceWedding. All rights reserved. It is prohibited to copy, re-publish or redistribute any content pertaining to the Site or any other page element. It cannot be modified, altered, defaced, re-sold otherwise exploited for commercial purposes by The User/s.

Indemnification

The User/s

Is/are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his/her password and account (please refer to Privacy Policy). The user/s agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless AnnounceWedding.

AnnounceWedding

cannot and does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted of secure access to the Site. Please refer to our Privacy Policy.
